I have been fishing since I was a kid but mostly in small ponds and the river which ran near by our house. Just
in the past few years I bought our families first boat, a 1984 Wellcraft V-20 Fisherman Center Console.

It is a great starter boat, already has a few scratches and dents, big enough for the whole family plus a friend or two,
sturdy for the waters around here and even has rod holders. Since the purchase I have started doing more and more saltwater
fishing and now have some flounder, croaker, drum, stripped bass (rock), blue fish and even a shark or two under my belt.

Taking the kids and wife fishing is a treat, I get to play Captain, mate and coach all at the same time. To steal a phrase
for some where else " price for the boat $2500, price for the bait $20.00, the look on there face when they catch a fish,
priceless." We haven't used the boat as a family as much as we would like but the time together is valuable.
